Now, regarding the bans... I want to point out that they weren't banned because they displeased the administration or just for the sake of it, but 99% of the time it was due to personal attacks and/or insults.
However, I have the impression that it's the opposite. People need to have some self-respect. You say they lifted the ban on someone and apologized to them? Did they give him, and everyone else, a guarantee that it won't happen again? Due to the actions of the "Hacker," the forum has indeed started to give off a bad vibe, and I can feel it. If he allows himself to do something like that again, he'll be banned for a long time, along with all his coordinator-like tendencies.
I never thought it would come to this on the World forum. The saying about a herd really applies here.
