Why not? Crusaders and Champions have a very strong offensive potential. The problem is that both sometimes suffer unnecessary losses due to their small health pool (especially Champions), but nevertheless, with proper magical support, they are more than capable. The only downside of this pair is that they don't have the highest movement speed on the map, compared to Angels, but Angels are more difficult to build.
One of the advantages is the Crusaders' teleportation ability with the help of a well-fed Order mage with Emeralds. After all, the initiative (or whatever the correct term is?) of the Crusaders is quite decent, and due to the double damage, there is a chance to defeat a hero instead of just dealing damage. There you have it – an attack!
