Unconfirmed reports.

I cannot agree with the statement "if the opponent doesn't confirm, don't play with them." This is almost the same as saying, "if the opponent cheats, rudely violates the rules, etc., then don't play with them." Thank goodness, I haven't had such problems on this forum, but on the Portal, where I've only played 4-5 games, there's already a precedent – and it happened in a tournament. I'm sure that we can't leave the situation with reports as it is on the World platform: we need to change something, one way or another. The option of not counting reports for "debtors" is also not ideal. We can come up with something else. Perhaps we can do something with saves, with logs from communication programs, etc. (by the way, this could, firstly, encourage some "lazy" players to save their games daily and, secondly, give us all the opportunity to regularly see fresh saves from top players!).
