Reports on online games and their confirmations (Winter 2009 season).

To begin with, let's provide some statistics regarding the played matches (the statistics will mainly be based on confirmed reports).
So... let's start...

In total, 470 matches were played in this Season by 86 players, which amounts to approximately 11 matches per player.

The vast majority of games (98%) were played using one of the most popular templates – 2SM4d(3).

As expected, the distribution of match end dates follows a normal distribution. However, there are noticeable spikes on the 6th day of the game: most matches ended on days 1-1-6, 1-2-6, 1-3-6, 1-4-7, and 2-1-7. Conversely, few matches ended on date 1-3-2, 1-4-1, 2-1-1, or 2-2-1.

The longest match was between... who would have guessed? Our ranking leaders, bRitvo4kA and Дубровин Павел. :) And that game ended with bRitvo4kA's victory on day 3-3-2! (report, confirmation)

The most popular city among players became - Castle. The rest is visible in the graph; what more can be added here? :D

The "strongest" cities were Rampart, Swamp, Dungeon, Stronghold, Necropolis (the percentage difference is minimal). At the same time, Castle shared 6th place with Conflux, and Tower and Inferno lived up to all expectations. :D

Well, and the most popular hero was Valeska, who was chosen in 20% of cases, which means she participated as a starting hero in 40% of games. Kayri, Shakti, and Tazar are slightly behind her. However, Valeska did not become the best hero. If you look at the graph, then those heroes will be the "best" whose two graphs come closest together. Thus, the highest win rate is for Tazar (63.33). He is followed by Galthran (63.16) and Gurnisson (62.07). Then comes Kayri (60), Ivorn (56), Crag Hack (55), and Shakti (50). Valeska only managed to win 32% of the matches when she was selected.
