Sacred Haven of Debauchery

maybe not bad, but as a Terminator series - it's a failure

In my opinion, it's actually very good, with a minimum of mindless shooting and special effects that the movie relies on. It tells a story, reveals the reason for all this, and so on... and overall, it seemed like a pretty intelligent series to me. :)
