Show me a user who hasn't received penalty points...
If this does happen, it's only because it's not always possible to review all messages...
Or for some reason, it was overlooked.
And it's kind of strange. They only give penalty points to those who disagree with the moderators. :)
And what's even stranger is that they always notice all my minor infractions. :)
