The scenario “Knight from the Order.”

Guys, maybe I’m losing it, but I can’t figure out the second task. I don’t even understand the context. At the very end, it mentions a quarter. Does this mean that there are 4 times more zombies than vampires, and 4 times more vampires than liches, or vice versa? I’ve calculated both options several times, but I still can’t get a whole number of units, and the solution should be in whole numbers. Or am I missing something?:confused:
