Nah, I don't like melee combat. Plus, you might encounter a bunch of strong archers who can pepper you with bullets. Even Sulik + Gray Death (I don't remember the name), sometimes they got wrecked.
Although, I don't know, maybe if you build him up, he could be a decent tank.
