I'm currently trying to create a build that goes up to the Anahata chakra, but I haven't reached Manipura yet... I hope to somehow bypass these wonderful phenomena.

Shifting the assembly point below Anahata is very difficult, and Manipura is not fixed in individuals; it is usually passed down through inheritance, for example, among Indian shamans.
