No, trust me, it's very inconvenient. Play Jedi Academy and run around with ONE dual-bladed lightsaber, and you'll see that for effective (not to be confused with flashy) attacks, both hands are almost always used.

That's why I don't like all these newfangled things and use a good energy hammer to knock some sense into the heretics. The main thing is to hold it only by the handle.
..and recently I finished off a psychopathic homunculus. Now I want to master its three-bladed scissorhand. They say that with it, you can turn an opponent into a bloody mess in seconds.

..by the way, the only one who managed to master four blades was a robot.
