And did you hear? – Now they serve 1 year in the army: a friend got a leave – he came home and said that the older guys are really mean!!! And they also say that later the service will be 2.5 years – I don’t understand, is this some kind of trick they’re playing, so that everyone rushes to join the army for a year? Or is it true?!!!!11 =-O

I want to join voluntarily. But I’m only held back by hazing and biased relationships between soldiers and officers. The army is the most important school in life.

Oh yes, I also remembered that terrible story – when an officer beat a soldier into a coma, they showed it on the news yesterday... It seems that hazing is thriving!

And here’s my IMHO about the series “Soldiers” – of course, it’s quite funny (mainly because of Shmatko:)), but in reality, the army is not that funny now... In short, they deliberately embellished everything to make young people “interested” in the army... by the way, it works, I even wanted to join the army voluntarily a couple of years ago, but I changed my mind:)
