Heroes 3 issues under XP or Vista.

Hey guys, I downloaded a few maps for Heroes 3. The problem is, they won't launch. When I open them in the editor, it says my version is 28, but version 51 is required! What does this mean, and where can I get version 51? Thanks in advance!
