If your opponent simply does not respond to proposals to play - message me privately, I will automatically count it as a loss for them. If neither player from an unplayed pair contacts me - both will receive a technical loss.
Reminder: a player who misses >30% of matches in a tournament (>2 matches for our tournament if they do not advance past the group stage) will be banned from participating in all subsequent HeroesWorld tournaments for a period of 6 months.
