Warlock – “Expansion” [4th campaign, 2nd mission]

the thing is, I didn't take the summoning skill, and I'm already on my tenth playthrough, trying to get a good skill build. Right now, I have Chaos - Skilled, but I don't have the Lord of Cold (or Fire), only Lightning. So, will I be able to get it from the dragons? I tried once, and they only gave me artifacts and money, but no spells. But Shadi gave me everything I was missing...

And also, should I take the skill on the last cell (luck, darkness) from the witch, or wait until it appears in the next campaign?
