Necropolis or Castle (Which one is stronger?)

In Small Maps, castles with a powerful offensive stack have a clear advantage, such as Dungeon with Shaktar, Necropolis with Galtran, and Fortress with a huge number of Phoenixes, which can be up to 5 on level 121... all others are roughly equal.
On Jebus, levels 6 and 7 are dominant, and here, archers really make the difference, while skeletal dragons are rarely built anywhere, so Necropolis is no longer as strong... although in The Restoration of Erathia, Gosh will beat everyone :D
Poor templates, I haven't played there, so I don't know.
