Do you mean in terms of the plot? Absolutely... in Heroes of Might and Magic V, all of Kha-Beleth's plans are tied to the long-awaited "Dark Messiah"... and the rest of the horde is trying with all their might to thwart these plans... probably just out of spite)))))

In the new game, this very messiah will arrive...

P.S. I watched a video from this game (accompanied by a developer's commentary)... If everything turns out as they say, Morrowind, Gothic, and everything similar will be left in the dust...
