....I think that first, we need to create a proper hall of fame for players.

Vitaly-Kamikaze already does a lot in this area. He came up with a very good rating system for Tournaments (awarding points)... plus, he quickly summarizes the results of each tournament for all versions and awards rating points. At my request, he increased the number of players who make it into the final table for the year (both the top 40 and for each one separately)... because before, it was only the top ten.
The results of all tournaments are in tables and are very clearly presented. Therefore, everyone can see themselves in the table if they played in tournaments... well, and the winners already have medals under their avatars.

And if a person has done a lot for the forum, they will be known and remembered anyway. There is no need to highlight this in any special way.

Newcomers who appear on the portal are unlikely to immediately (if they even find out, and probably only about those who organized the tournaments) learn about the past achievements of the old-timers... if there is no information in a prominent place.

Although there are already awards for developing the portal: example. And to highlight them in any other way - IMHO: this is unnecessary.

Marking our female members with flowers under their avatars every year is a very interesting idea!!! But this applies to all women, without exception, regardless of their contribution to the development of the portal...
And each one is interesting in her own way... and they also please us - men - with their presence on the site.
Like Katya-Luchik... she just works hard for the benefit of the portal... and visible gratitude - several bouquets in her avatar (as with other women who have been on the portal for more than one year, but their merits to the site are, to put it mildly, a little less)
