Necropolis or Castle (Which one is stronger?)

I think Castle is stronger.

So, it needs to be nerfed... for example, by banning the upgrade of Arbalests :D
and, by the way, what makes Archangels better than Phoenixes? We should ban their upgrade too!
Turn 18 - they are the best.
