LT League Rules:
SoD:
It is forbidden to use level 4-5 scrolls. [and why not simplify? they simplified the butterflies and the rest of the Conflux swarm, didn't they...]
It is forbidden to take Mullich as a starting hero and it is forbidden to use him in final battles. A final battle is considered one in which more than 50% of the army's HP was involved from both sides. [in my opinion, the Mullich rule is well stated – simpler than ours and what I proposed. True, a new headache arises – counting HP:) ]
Hit-and-run is forbidden. Both players must have a chance to cast magic (literally). [also more correct, in my opinion, than ours! there have been precedents where games ended with a not-so-objective result due to our interpretation of hit-and-run]
It is allowed to attack a slowed stack with a non-slowed unit that has a slowed stack and retreat. The effect is known to all.
Restarts – a player may take one restart on the first day without reason and up to the third day if the castle is blocked by the following number of animals:
Level 1 Shooters >100
Level 1 Neutrals >200, but Centaurs >70, Pikemen >100, *upgraded Pixies >100
Level 2 Shooters >50
Level 2 Neutrals >100, but Harpy Hags >50, Air Elements >30, Storm Elements >25, upgraded Wolves >40
Level 3 Shooters >30, but upgraded Elves and Ice Elements >20
Level 3 Neutrals >40, but Golems >40, Three-headed Cerberi >25
Level 4 Shooters >15
Level 4 Neutrals >25, but Vampire Lords >15
Level 5 Shooters >10,
Level 5 upgraded Neutrals >10
Level 5 non-upgraded Neutrals >15
Level 6 and 7 Neutrals
Snipers >8, Nomads >30 [not entirely in agreement with the overall restart system – but "for" an additional mandatory restart due to blocking, and also one restricted road in ГО – that would be nice...]
Players must take a restart if the starting heroes are not level 1 and on slow roads.[that, of course, is already a bit too much. but a restart on slow ones wouldn't hurt either]
Anyway, I've given my opinion. What I absolutely disagree with – this is primarily the rule about native secondary skills, this is exactly the case where "the road to hell is paved with good intentions":D . The most stupid example – Valya vs Kirya: both have native secondary skills from week 1, but Valya easily builds his Citadel or Castle and from the second week has a HUGE force of his high-damage-stack Marksmen, whereas Kirya – he absolutely cannot build the 3rd level:smile04: ; and how will their meeting in 90% of cases end in the 2nd, or even the 3rd week? Balance, dammit:smile50: !!!:D :D :D
