Dirty, you're a damn genius!!! Such an awesome idea! I'll double-check the rules now to see if this thing is banned! This is OP!!! More than once I had that water tile and the hat from Dragon Utopia which I cursed own every way possible!!! )))

And one more thing, turns out I'm a noob; I thought that to summon the boat you only needed the hat and not the water skill. But it turns out you need that too. So that's how it is... ))
