Problem connecting to ubi.com (kicks me back to the main menu).

Help with playing online: after registering, I enter my nickname and password in the game, then click OK, and it kicks me back to the main menu, and that's it :(
I don't know what to do; I even installed all the patches, but it still doesn't help.
