Seeing movement on the teleport, he changed his mind about going to the Treasury and went to meet him. Tazar went home, which is what he needed. He took the secondary units and controlled the armor-piercing unit. A week of plague slightly delayed the outcome. There were many problems - in the end, a final battle was set on neutral ground, in an open field - the parameters and troops were in his favor, but I had more, and I managed to win.

Confirmed. In the first round, 1-6 in the Citadel, a hidden lizard unit was taken. In the second round, hydras in the castle, a hidden basilisk unit was taken, a secondary Rampart unit, and in the third round, a Capitol and Rampart with elven units in the castle (a gift to the opponent), a Necropolis secondary unit was taken. I didn't find any slowing effects, and as soon as I built the Capitol, my opponent arrived. I didn't have enough money to hire an army for a quick response, so I had to stay in the city. And in the end, I couldn't cope with 11 dragons.
