How do you complete the rough draft of day 5 without completing days 2-3-4?

I must say that I haven't gone to such extremes as to dig for Necropolis heroes on the first day and try to get them to have priority skills (earth, log, etc.).

And thank goodness you didn't, it's a pointless exercise. You can't get different skill trees from a specific save, no matter how much you dig. Therefore, in this sense, everyone is on equal footing. You can only change the tree by taking different skills when leveling up or by "introducing chaos" by taking a skill in huts, etc.
