Mapmakers

Gentlemen, I'm playing Heroes of Might and Magic V, version 3.0. I want to create my own map(s), but the editor is in English... Does anyone have a link to a Russian map editor? And does any kind of guide or recommendations for creating maps exist? Thank you.
