The additional 7th campaign in The Shadow of Death does not open.

I've already completed The Shadow of Death twice, but the additional campaign, the 7th one, where you get the poison for Gryphonheart, doesn't unlock. After completing the Unholy Alliance campaign, it just goes straight to the main menu.
