“A Nightmare on Elm Street,” if you’ve seen it, what are your thoughts on it?

There are supposedly 18 parts, or am I mistaken?
I saw the first one and two others. It was a long time ago, though.
The only thing I remember:
A girl wandered around in some kind of large brain :D
Krueger turned into a nurse and lured a boy into bed, then tied him to the bed and drowned him.
