I recently created a 1v1 map for player duels, and I tested it against the AI – it’s quite playable, but I need to test it with real players. The map has 4 castles, 2 of which must be taken by storm. There are enough resources, but you have to fight for them. The map is good because you can’t create one overpowered hero and simply win; you need to be able to wage war on multiple fronts. I know the map editor inside and out, and all the “bugs” in the game have been fixed. I’ve removed artifacts like “angel wings” and spells like “dimensional door,” so random chance won’t play a role; everything depends on the players’ skill.
