You know, in Tribes of the East, there's a scenario about Kurak; there weren't any Red Fanatics back then either, but they are present. And even though it's not Isabel's army, it's completely different; they just fit the role of fanatics better. Although, you could use the unupgraded ones and the old upgrade, and make the Red Fanatics into Inquisitors:)

Actually, the Necromancer's country is called Erathia
