2 Vigo & Neo: In the Swiss system, players with the same number of points play against each other. There was an opportunity to make a substitution before the other pairs played, but they didn't really like that idea. I consulted with experienced people in tournament organization, and they advised setting a time for the game. I spoke with Kostya, and it seems you were able to agree on something, but it would be good to write about it here as well, so there aren't any problems later. The deadline for the 2nd round, due to exams, is January 31st.
