A shorter turn time changes the tactics; it's necessary to consciously simplify things instead of trying to do what you physically won't have time for. I never object to playing with a limit of 2-4 minutes with beginners – after all, the limit applies to both players. I urge all our experienced players to do the same. In this regard, Yegor is right; we shouldn't immediately scare off beginners with long turns and phrases like "TE" and "TE-lite."
