By the way, I just played on the Anniversary Edition against Karl with Jalib=))). I won=))). The other player couldn't believe his eyes and left before the end of the battle=)). Heh=)))

Jalib-Karl is a pair that carried over from 3.0; back then, I enjoyed playing Jalib against Karl. In 3.1, the advantage shifted to Jalib, and it's quite noticeable: defense, shield, crystals, and resurrection are very powerful tools. Karl can win, but for that, the dwarves need to morale boost quite often, and, of course, not make mistakes.
Besides Jalib, Karl is also good against Sinit, Anven, and others. Karl has interesting matchups with many heroes.
Haggesh is good against Ossir, I agree (I support that:)), but he's weaker. This pair is very sensitive to the skill level of the players. You also need to be able to win with Ossir against Haggesh.
Vitya-Ossir: the lineup decides half of the battles, but it's not about who shoots first, Vitya or Ossir, but whether Vitya can cast Blind before Ossir's archers take their turn, how many stacks of Ossir's archers will be affected by Blind, and whether Ossir can remove the Blind effect, etc. This is a fairly old pair that has been played extensively on the Anniversary Edition servers. Here, the advantage is with Ossir.
And I think the entire duel section of the Anniversary Edition consists of ardent fans of Ossir
