I don't like the Fabled creatures at all; they're like some kind of Dragonfly Dragon.
You need about 1000 peasants for them to be useful.
Peasants are basically created for mockery; it's kind of silly, and it's not very realistic that normal village men would be so weak... I would increase their speed and damage to around three.
