Alternative Rules (Draft)

Generally, I approve :smile20: except for points 5.2, 5.3, 5.9, 5.10, 5.16, which I would remove from the rules altogether!
5.15 needs to be refined, and I didn't quite understand 5.18.
If you make those adjustments, then I AM READY to play by these rules.
