Okay... Let's start with the highly respected Centaur:)... I'm tired of saying that everything is clear with the Empire :). But you keep bringing it up... Priest!!! He worships the almighty, and how he conducts his services depends on the troops he recruits. The Empire has 4 active forces: Royal Guard, Inquisition, Order of Light, and the Aristocracy.
The problem is that you all take things too literally... here's a small characteristic:
Empire - Chaos + Order
Elementals - Chaos + Order
Atlanteans - Order
Hydra - Chaos
Yes, you're right, freedom and anarchy are chaos, but this structure is necessary for the Elementals, because the forces of nature cannot be controlled... BUT! Firstly, in the Elemental race, the absence of power has a purely NEUTRAL character; they are not subject to passions or reason; they are apathetic to everything. Their goal is to maintain order in the world and, when necessary, to destroy those who violate the higher laws.
Monarchy is a form of government in which power is held by one ruler and passed down by inheritance. How can we even talk about a monarchy among Elementals, who don't even pursue any benefits and live for thousands of years, and certainly don't have children? And the Hydra can't have that either; no one obeys the Sea King; he exists for show, to scare the Imperials... but in reality, all the power and influence are divided among the pirate veterans.
And... Centaur, the Elementals have NO personal goals, just as they have no state; moreover, 6 Lords are needed to create new Elementals and protect the world from its own destructive forces.
And the Collider... that's great, but it's better to come up with new ideas on the topic:
