In my opinion, there's no way to force everyone to be 100% honest except by force:smile32:.
This is a debatable issue, but some points that raise suspicion of dishonesty need to be regulated, and I liked how it was done in the rules. Because some smart guys, like Vigo, use the slightest excuse, such as a single opponent's disconnection from the game (and it's important that it's not during his turn, IMHO), to refuse to play and not confirm the result. Such moments should be discussed as much as possible in advance (approximately as it is done in these rules).
