In my opinion, the reward for activity in Heroes should be adjusted by tweaking the coefficient that depends on the number of games played.

Sorry, Pasha, but I definitely won't be making coefficients based on the number of games played. For me, this is the main drawback of the old rating system.
It's not about enthusiasm. Enthusiasm doesn't make more time appear for playing games =)
