To put it mildly, I don't like the idea. I don't see any point in it, and I don't understand why it's needed.
To be honest, I don't care much either. :)
Are tournaments held on this resource? It doesn't seem like it. VDV-forever wanted to develop this topic. If the tournament doesn't offer anything special, people will go to tournaments where this topic is already somewhat developed. On this resource, it only makes sense to hold a tournament if there's a prize involved. :D
