Alternative rating.

I just personally believe that there won't be a situation where a player can't find someone to play with, but to avoid being unsubstantiated, I suggested this, albeit clumsy, way to legalize it.

Calculating without coefficients is uninteresting, and it's already clear what will happen; pure skill is what matters in Tournaments!

There are players who only play in Tournaments, and there are those who only play for rating. It's hard to find a compromise here... Anyway, since I've been counting the Tournaments that are currently taking place without a rating, they will continue to be counted without one. As for the other Tournaments, we'll think about it; there's still time.
