DISCUSSIONS on “Rules for online games in HoMM3 and formulas for calculating player rating.”

I would ban all logistics artifacts: all books, +6+5+4 to all params, angel wings, the red ball, and composite ones. Is there a technical possibility to do this so that the generator doesn't spawn them on the map or in Dragon Utopia?
