I believe that the way they were used during the recent events was outrageous.
I think that not everyone received what they deserved within the rules of HW. And you probably think that the rules were interpreted too strictly...
However, things rarely escalate to extremes. And that situation was simply critical, and there was no other choice. I'm glad that everything is normal now =) the conflict has been resolved.
