Well, I don't see any activity. The idea will be forgotten just like the general portal rules.
Hint: someone takes on the responsibilities of an organizer and organizes the selection/or determines the TOP10/other options themselves. The tournament will only be beneficial, especially if everything is organized properly. Well, if no one needs it, grab a beer and we'll continue playing Conflux peacefully.
