I claim that if a hero is offered wisdom at level 5 and declines it, there is a high probability that it won't be offered at level 6. There have been precedents.

This is the truth!!! I tested it on several heroes.
Apparently, it's the same as when magic is offered at level 2 or 3; it's not guaranteed to be offered at level 4!
