Some people complain that when one of Vista's services (firewall, UAC, etc.) is disabled, the icon and error message in the system tray are very annoying. But this can be easily disabled. Go to:
Control Panel\Windows Security Center\Change the way Security Center alerts me,
and click Don't notify me and don't show this icon. Done, now the annoying tray won't bother us anymore.
