I just mean that money is one thing—they receive it for both Tournaments and work. But the work rating is only for work, just as the tournament rating is only for tournaments. This is all necessary simply to have an objective idea of the user (since money won't tell you what it was received for).

Well, I agree. For work, moderators will first and foremost pay money, just as they do for Tournaments. But they don't need to rack their brains over how to award a rating for a tournament. They've already figured out that the rating is awarded based on the place taken in the tournament. But how will they evaluate the rating for work?
Like, however much money they pay, that's the rating increase. Well okay, that's not our problem anymore. The main thing is that this parameter, as I understand it, doesn't affect anything and simply characterizes the user. Agreed.
