We ran around for a long time, developed, and upgraded as best we could (thankfully, the game allowed it). Tyrus was more successful and took Utopia, which wasn't on my lands or nearby, so it's not surprising that he outpaced me in all parameters and visited my capital. But... the golden bow, a bunch of harpies, and minotaur kings decided the outcome of the battle...

He developed quite well - parameters, bigs, archers, everything. His magic was also great - why add a water spellbook when he already had earth and air magic? He filled himself with mana, dramatically arrived at the opponent's capital with beautiful level 7 creatures, without ballistics, powerful magic, or archers, and very clumsily finished the game.
