Amendment to section 5.2.1 of the Hv rules (regarding quick-cast spells).

The ratio of mages/strength builds should be 50/50, not 5/95 as it is now

It will never be 50/50. Mages cannot dominate because of the constant need to restore mana. And you can't take on Dragon Utopia with a mage without resurrection and summoning elementals.

The balance between mages and warriors is an eternal dilemma. This can only be fought in TE by increasing the drop rates of useful secondary skills for mages, etc.....
