Project "Money comes and goes, but Heroes are eternal!"

I don't mind. This is a truly worthwhile topic, especially in light of the recent events concerning reputation. Also, the parameters will not depend on each other, and one will be able to judge a person from all sides. The idea of specializations is just great. We should suggest this development to someone from the management. After all, this topic is created more for defining user parameters, and not for discussing what to spend money on, which we don't even have yet.
