It seems that the administration is not going to solve the problem; instead, it is going to ban everyone it dislikes and close all topics it doesn't like. A very courageous and intelligent decision.
At least publish a list of topics we are allowed to talk about. Apparently, in a society with high moral and ethical standards, it is not acceptable to talk about anything more indecent than Teletubbies, if the topic of prostitution scared you so much. Yes, it exists, and there's no getting away from it. Raise your hand, who has never heard of prostitution? Who doesn't have their own views on it?
But it's better to just delete the topic, show who's in charge, and hide behind the rule "The administration's actions are not to be discussed." It was created not to allow all sorts of smart alecks to act arbitrarily, but so that the administration doesn't have to change its decision on some conflict five times.
In general, the way things are handled speaks for itself. As Vikh said in ICQ:
