Necromancer – “Ruler of Erathia” [Campaign 3, Mission 5]

First, as "Alan" said, and then it's simple: in the Necropolis, there's a trick to transform living creatures into undead without losing their level, and it's even free. Just move them from one castle to another, and you'll get a huge army of undead. ;) ;) ;)
