Wlk777 (red, Swamp, Tazar, Tazar) def KostaN
(Blue, Castle, Valeska, Valeska), 2sm4d(3), 123
Confirmed, it was just on 121 and correctly "...def KostaN
(Blue, Castle, Valeska, Crag Hack)"...
Used up all my restarts. In the end, at first glance it seemed decent: Orrin and Crag showed up in the tavern, there was a stable and an experience stone at the doorstep, through which I ran the whole trio; and - miracle of miracles! - the prime father candidate, Crag Hack, got Archery! True, in this backwater they hadn't mastered bows before my arrival, so I had to build them, and then retrain those provincials to crossbows:) . The roads were fast, the daddy didn't stay idle for a single day without any speed boost (on speed 6:D ). On the 2nd day I hired another hero and without losing tempo upgraded the marksmen with his help; on the same day, with those 22 marksman-recruits, I broke through the ground guard of the subway (20+ iron golems), but further on there turned out to be a whole brood of magogs - nah, not worth it for now:smile27: , thought the barbarian commander. On the 3rd day, without any resistance, I took Conflux (and here I think I violated the rule of transitioning to adjacent respawns; this ultimately became one of the reasons for my quick surrender; the road wasn't blocked by anyone, I freely ran to the secondary town, and only a few days later I saw about a kilometer from the road:D a "jobless" horde of blue fairies - still a cool rule about shifted guards:smile20: !). Afterwards, until the end of the week, I had to mostly focus on scouting(((), since most neutrals were shooters, and I didn't want to lose my scarce professionals. Among the small successes I can note: buying back heroes twice "with tempo" - meaning on the same turn they either grabbed some fat treasure chest or boosted the daddy, and scouting 2 conservatories, a tree bearing dwelling fruits, and a treasure zone. In the end, the build order was standard: dwelling horses in the citadel, in the secondary - 1000.
On 121 I thought for a long time:D, ended up in a brutal time crunch and made 2 stupidest mistakes: didn't run the bought 5 horses through an external stable (kept smacking my forehead:smile35: ) and attacked a conservatory (just a minimal one!!!) with the wrong positioning - this mistake turned out to be fatal. I placed horses in slot 1, marksmen in slot 3, and pokemons out of some wild joy - in slot 4 (and in the conservatory I realized they should have been in slot 6), as a result they didn't cover the pocket in the bottom-left corner, which cost me 20 marksmen. Due to a complete lack of hidden caches, I decided not to continue, although the daddy was already an expert in Attack and Archery and had even gotten Earth magic...
Thanks for the game! (I'm increasingly thinking of switching to 6 minutes...)
